- We do not offer refunds for orders placed mistakenly. It is important to double-check your order before confirming the purchase. We don’t accept exchanges.
2. Manufacturing Defects:
- In the rare event that you receive a product with manufacturing defects, we are more than happy to provide a refund for those specific units. Manufacturing defects include but are not limited to issues related to materials, workmanship, or functionality.
3. Refund Claims:
- Customers must claim a refund for products with manufacturing defects within 7 days of receiving the delivery. Claims made after this period will not be considered.
4. Return Process:
- To initiate a return for products with manufacturing defects, please follow these steps:

b. Provide order details, a clear description of the defect, and photographic evidence, if possible.
c. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide necessary instructions.
5. Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds will be issued only for products confirmed to have manufacturing defects by our quality control team.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
6. Refund Processing:
- Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process the refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.

How long does delivery take?
All orders are ship within 2-10 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@avnitinc.com

Can you provide me with a tracking number?
All tracking number will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available.
I’ve entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and production usually starts the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it.
We should not be responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically process orders and just follows what you supplied.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE your items have been manufactured, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
Invalid Reasons:
- Buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Avnit Inc. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
- Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else – Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an
order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
